Heike specializes in Internet Marketing strategy. As a certified online business manager and certified social media consultant she loves developing strategies for clients to move forward successfully. Heike speaks English, German and has studied French and Spanish at school.
Academically, Heike has a background in PR, communication management and business administration.
After discovering her passion for online business, she added a wide range of Internet Marketing and Social Media training to her repertoire. She is a certified Social Media and Virtual Events Expert.

Raven is our Project Online Business Manager. She manages all client and team relations efficiently. Having a background as an internet technician, she is an enthusiastic blogger and uses video and audio for marketing purposes.
She loves organizing teleseminars and helps you with your audio recordings in Audioacrobat. She is good at creating web forms and ‘thank you’ pages and can assist with all things shoppingcart and email marketing.
Additionally, Raven is passionate about social media marketing. Raven has achieved Social Media Expert and Internet Marketing certifications and is currently enrolled in the Online Business Manager training.

She has had specialzed training in Affiliate management and communication to be able to utilize referral program marketing confidently, a much needed niche in Internet Marketing.
Jennifer also creates HTML ezines and is experienced in Dreamweaver.
